Notice: Port Hawkesbury Water Utility Customers

Notice from the Town of Port Hawkesbury

 The Town of Port Hawkesbury would like to inform water utility customers of an un-planned water service interruption underway currently as a result of a water main repair.  Crews are currently working on repairs and restoration time is estimated for 10:00pm today.  Water service will be shut-off on the following streets:

  • Reynolds Street, from Queen St to Granville St;
  • Bernard Street, from Rose Street to Reynolds St;
  • Some surrounding areas may also be effected;
  • Water utility customers in surrounding areas may experience low water pressure and periods of water discoloration.

 The Town thanks customers for their cooperation and patience and apologises for any inconvenience.
