Port Hawkesbury Trails Open

“Walk to Exercise, not to socialize”

The Port Hawkesbury Trails will remain open for exercise. For those who choose to use the trails you must comply with the following Provincial restrictions:

  • Practice social/physical distancing by limiting contact with other people and stay two metres (6 feet apart)
  • Limit gatherings to no more than 5 people.
  • Dedicated parking is being restricted to encourage persons to walk to trail heads and discourage large assemblies.

Being able to use the trails is a great opportunity to maintain physical and mental wellbeing while social distancing. Help keep your community safe and do not leave your home to use the trails if you are experiencing symptoms of covid-19 ( fever, cough, difficulty breathing, pneumonia) or if you are in quarantine/self-isolation.
