SURPLUS EQUIPMENT TENDER

The Town of Port Hawkesbury has the following equipment for sale by tender:

Details pertaining to the equipment are as follows:

• ITEM “A”:  2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x2
• ITEM ”B”:  2008 Ford Ranger 4x2

These vehicles do not have a valid safety inspection, therefore cannot be taken for a test drive.

The above noted equipment may be inspected at the Town of Port Hawkesbury Water Treatment Plant site at 3 Old Heavy Water Road, Point Tupper, Nova Scotia.  Tender forms are available online at www.townofporthawkesbury.ca or at the Civic Centre Administration Offices between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.  For further information and/or to set up an inspection appointment you may contact Evan Hanley at 902-631-4180.

The deadline for bid submissions is 4:00pm on Thursday, July 30, 2020.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to accept any quotations deemed to in the best interest of the Town.  The Town of Port Hawkesbury also reserves the right to waive any formality, informality, or technicality in any proposal.
